Oreo ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
20 | oreos, crushed |
100 g | butter, melted |
2 l | chocolate ice cream |
200 g | unsweetened chocolate |
150 ml | evaporated milk |
200 g | sugar |
Instructions
Crust:Mix crushed Oreos and 70g melted butter. Pat into bottom of a baking pan. Freeze.Filling:Add ice cream on top and smooth to flat surface. Freeze again.
Topping:Melt unsweetened chocolate and 30g butter. Add evaporated milk and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil but only boil very briefly. Remove from heat and cool in refrigerator. Spread chocolate mix over ice cream and return to freezer.
