Orange granita recipe details
Ingredients
180 g | sugar |
450 ml | water |
juice and grated peel of 1 lemon | |
juice and grated peel of 3 oranges |
Instructions
Heat the sugar in the water over a medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved. Boil for 5 minutes.Add the finely grated peel and the lemon and both oranges to the syrup. Leave until completely cold.
Stir the juice of the lemon and oranges into the syrup.
Pour the granita mixture into a dish and freeze until nearly firm.
