|zest of 1 orange|
|300 g||soft butter|
|100 g||icing sugar|
|2 tsp||orange blossom water (or orange liqueur)|
|2 medium||eggs,, yolks only|
|60 g||cornstarch (or Tapioca starch)|
|100 g||dark chocolate|
Mix butter, icing sugar with the orange zest. Add the scratched out inner part of the vanilla bean and the orange blossom water. Mix for 4 minutes then add the egg yolk, flour and cornstarch. Mix well.
Fill into a piping bag and form flowers on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
Break up the chocolate and fill into a freezer bag. Leave for a few minutes in hot water, to dissolve it. Cut a corner of the bag off and use as a piping bag. Decorate the cookies with the chocolate.
