Ingredients
4 large | onions, sliced into rings |
120 ml | sour cream |
120 g | mushrooms, sliced |
100 g | butter |
50 g | scallions |
¼ tsp | nutmeg |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the mushrooms and onions. Sauté over low heat and keep stirring constantly until the onions are soft.Season with salt and pepper and then add sour cream and nutmeg. Heat thoroughly but do not allow to boil.
Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
