Ingredients

3 medium onions, cut in thin slices
350 g chickpea flour
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin powder
some salt
200 ml water
some oil for frying

Instructions

Mix the cut onion with the dry ingredients. Now slowly add the water, little by little at a time till the flour sticks to the onion. Add table spoon portions into the hot oil and fry till brown.

This can be added to any meal or served as a starter or finger-food for a party.

It is gluten free and suitable for patients with Coeliac disease.
