Ingredients

230 g Comté cheese
3 tbsp butter, softened
150 g flour
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
25  olives, black, pitted

Instructions

Blend cheese with butter. Add flour, salt, paprika. Mix well.

Dry olives. Wrap a spoonful of dough around each and seal well.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Serve warm or cold.

Note:Unbaked cheese balls xan be frozen on a cookie sheet and then be stored in the freezer in a plastic bag.
