24 | shrimps, peeled and deveined |
1 | egg |
6 tbsp | flour |
olive oil | |
sea salt |
Instructions
Sift the flour into a bowl. Pour in the beer and stir until creamy. Whisk in the egg. Season with salt. Turn the shrimps in the beer batter and make sure, they are well coated.In a saucepan, heat the oil and deep-fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy all around. Drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with chili sauce or aioli.
