Oatmeal peach muffins with strawberries recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 cups white flour
- 1-1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 Tablespoons molasses
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cups chopped strawberries/peaches or blackberries (if you use all three -1 cup each)
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together. Add nuts and fruit. Grease muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until done. Best served warm. Enjoy!
