Ingredients

2 cups white flour

1-1/2 cups oats

1/2 cup wheat flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1-1/2 cups buttermilk

1/2 cup oil

4 Tablespoons molasses

2 eggs

1 cup chopped walnuts

3 cups chopped strawberries/peaches or blackberries (if you use all three -1 cup each)

Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together. Add nuts and fruit. Grease muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until done. Best served warm. Enjoy!
