Cranberry quick bread details
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1 cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with orange juice to the egg mixture, beating until blended. Fold in apples, cranberry sauce, and walnuts. Turn into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
