Oatmeal muffins recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add oats and buttermilk. Beat baking soda, salt, and eggs. Add oil. Add to dry ingredients. Add nuts. Mix to blend. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
