Not your mamma's pasta salad recipe details
This is a very savory, filling pasta salad. It is always a hit at BBQs.

Ingredients
Makes: 1 very large bowl full- 1 box Noodles…any kind you want. I use medium shells, unless I have leftovers of others
- 3/4 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4-1/2 cup dill relish, depending on preference
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 1 large handful shredded cheddar
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- onion powder to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling1. Boil pasta according to box directions, to al dente.
2. Drain, rinse with cold water for several minutes, until pasta is not hot (can be luke warm). Pour drained pasta into very large mixing bowl.
3. Add mayo and ranch and stir. Add chopped celery and cheddar and stir. Add dill relish and chopped black olives and stir. Add lemon juice and stir. Add garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste and stir.
4. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes, but the longer it can chill in the fridge, the better.Other ideas
You can add chopped bacon bits if you would like to add a little smokiness to it! It’s yummy that way! Can also add grilled chicken to turn it into a meal instead of a side dish.
