Ground beef, bell peppers, corn and chopped tomatoes jazz up canned soup to make a tasty meal for nacho lovers.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 green peppers
- 2 small onions (or 1 large onion)
- 2 11-ounce cans condenced nacho cheese soup
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups frozen whole corn kernels
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 8-ounce jar Fritos(R) hot jalapeno nacho cheese spread
- corn tortilla chips
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins
1. In large sauce pan brown beef with onion and pepper until veggies are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, milk, corn tomato and cheese spread.
2. Cook about 5 minutes or until soup is hot.
