Ingredients
100 g | bacon, diced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
1 | red chili pepper, chopped |
2 | ripe avocados, peeled and diced |
5 tsp | lemon juice |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
Fry the bacon in a dry pan until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.Mash the avocados with a fork. Stir in the bell pepper, chili, bacon and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve with baguette or toast.
