Spicy Avocado and Bell Pepper Spread recipe

|100 g||bacon, diced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|1||red bell pepper, diced|
|1||red chili pepper, chopped|
|2||ripe avocados, peeled and diced|
|5 tsp||lemon juice|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
Fry the bacon in a dry pan until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
Mash the avocados with a fork. Stir in the bell pepper, chili, bacon and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve with baguette or toast.
