Mushrooms in white wine sauce recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | fresh button mushrooms |
300 ml | dry white wine |
1 clove(s) | garlic, peeled and crushed |
1 small | onion, peeled and chopped |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
4 tbsp | sour cream |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Put the mushrooms in a small saucepan together with the wine, garlic, onion and parsley. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh white bread.
