Ingredients
½ kg | mushrooms, sliced |
2 tbsp | oil |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 small | onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
some | salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the mushrooms and the onions and cook stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in the butter and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
