Mushroom souffle recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash ketchup
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Marble cheese (colby/jack)
- Bacon, optional
- Bell peppers, optional
Whip eggs and cream. Add salt and pepper and a dash of ketchup. Spray 2 ramekins with non-stick spray. Fry mushrooms and onions until brown. Place in ramekins and pour in the egg mixture. Top with cheese. (Bacon and peppers can also be added.) Bake at 360 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes until puffy. Serve with potatoes.
