Ingredients
500 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | onion, chopped |
250 g | single cream |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | tomato puree |
paprika |
Instructions
In a large pan melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and the onions and sauté until soft. Add the tomato purée and cook stirring for a minute. Deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Stir in the parsley and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or pasta.
