Mushroom ragout recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | mushrooms, sliced |
40 g | butter |
salt and pepper | |
¼ l | vegetable stock |
200 g | Crème fraîche |
1 tsp | flour |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
lemon juice |
Instructions
Heat the butter, add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, over medium to high heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Stir in the vegetable stock and crème fraîche. Simmer over medium heat until thickened. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.Sprinkle with the parsley and the chives and serve.
