Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
400 g | tomatoes, diced |
2 tsp | dried basil |
2 tsp | dried oregano |
2 | bay leaves |
1 tbsp | cornflour blended with |
2 tbsp | water |
Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
Cook beef in a large pan over low heat. Keep stirring until browned. Add the onions and cook, stirring until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and season with with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard the bay leaves and cool.Serve over your favourite pasta or rice.
