Mushroom and Zucchini in an Aromatic Sauce recipe

|8 tbsp||olive oil|
|salt and pepper|
|125 ml||dry white wine|
|3 tbsp||lemon juice|
Slice the mushrooms and cut the zucchini into fine strips. Dice the garlic.
Separately sauté the zucchini and the mushrooms in hot oil, then arrange both on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sauté the garlic in the remaining oil and deglaze with white wine and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.
Wash and pat dry the thyme, remove the leaves from the sprigs and sprinkle the thyme leaves over the vegetables. Drizzle the sauce over the vegetables and allow to steep for a while before serving.
