Ingredients

500 g	mushroom, sliced
2	red bell peppers, sliced
75 g	cherry tomatoes, halved
1	onion
2 clove(s)	garlic, minced
200 g	crème fraîche
1	salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tbsp	parsley, chopped
4 tbsp	olive oil
½ tsp	chili powder

Instructions

Fry the onion and the garlic in oil until soft. Add the mushroom and cook over medium heat until the liquid has evaporated. Stir in the bell peppers and the tomatoes and cook for 10 more minutes.

Add the crème fraîche, chili powder and parsley and simmer over low heat for 5 more minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
