2 slice(s) toast, roasted
2 tsp tomato puree
2  lettuce leaves
2 slice(s) Cheddar cheese
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp chives, chopped


Instructions

Spread the toasts with the tomato purée. Top with the lettuce leaves and the cheese. Serve sprinkled with the bell peppers and the chives.
