Ingredients

  1. Beef – ½ kg (boneless)
  2. Ginger/Garlic – 1tbsp (chopped)
  3. Soya Sauce – 4tbsp
  4. Vinegar – 2tbsp
  5. Crushed Red Chilies – 1tsp
  6. Meat Tenderizer powder – ½ tsp
  7. Onion – 2 (cut finely along length)
  8. Spring Onions (hari Piyaz) – 1 (finely cut)
  9. Salt – 1tsp
  10. Sesame oil (til ka tail) – 1tsp
  11. Sesame Seeds ( til) – 2tbsp
  12. Corn Flour – 1tbsp
  13. Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
  14. Oil – 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into strips and marinate with the meat tenderizer pwder,soya sauce, black pepper, salt, vinegar and sesame oil for an hour
  2. Heat oil in a wok (karahi)
  3. Fry onion on high flame for one minute and take out
  4. Add ginger/garlic and beef in wok and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add red chilies
  5. Dissolve corn flour in water and add to wok, and cook for 1 minute
  6. Garnish with fried onions and remove from flame
  7. Add sesame seeds and spring onions. Serve
