Mommy’s Chicken Soup recipe

- Ingredients
- 10 to 12 chicken thighs with skin
- 8 cups of water
- 6 carrots, cut into 1/2-inch circles
- 8 potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt
Instructions:
Boil washed chicken thighs in 8 cups of water for 40 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Remove skin from chicken and throw away the skin. Add carrots and potatoes into the chicken and broth mixture. Add onion. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt (more if desired). Cook until carrots and potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
