Ingredients

1 clove(s)	garlic, chopped
1 tsp	thyme, chopped
6 tbsp	oil
3 tbsp	balsamic vinegar
	salt and pepper
100 g	rocket, cleaned and torn into bite-sized pieces
100 g	red leaf lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-sized pieces
200 g	romaine lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-sized pieces
¼	baguette, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the bread slices with garlic and thyme until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining oil and the vinegar to the oil in the pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

In a bowl mix the lettuce with the bread chips. Serve immediately, drizzled with the dressing.
