Lamb s lettuce and mushroom salad recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | lamb’s lettuce |
200 g | mushrooms, sliced |
10 | cherry tomatoes, halved |
3 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
For the dressing: | |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
1 dash(es) | lemon juice |
1 pinch(es) | sugar |
Instructions
In a salad bowl, mix together the lamb’s lettuce, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and the Parmesan cheese.Mix together the oil, vinegar and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Serve immediately with roasted garlic bread.
