2 cups cooked shell pasta
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup green peas
1 clove garlic
1-1/2 Tablespoons fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup finely chopped spinach
2 teaspoons fresh chopped basil
1-1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil

Combine all salad ingredients and toss gently. Mix oil and vinegar in a small jar and shake. Drizzle over salad. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes before serving. Sere as a main dish with hot rolls.
