- Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shell pasta
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped spinach
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped basil
- 1-1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
