Ingredients

1  tomato, diced
1 stalk(s) leek, sliced
2 tsp oil
50 ml vegetable stock
1  onion, chopped
125 g beef mince
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 sprig(s) parsley, chopped
1 tsp chives, chopped
125 g yoghurt

Instructions

In a pan heat half of the oil. Fry the leek for 2 minutes. Pour in the stock and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix together the minced meat and the onion. Season with salt and pepper. Shape to a steak. In a griddle heat the remaining oil and fry the steak for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Mix together the yoghurt, parsley and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the minced meat steak with the vegetables and the yoghurt dip.
