Minced meat steak recipe details
Ingredients
1 | tomato, diced |
1 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
2 tsp | oil |
50 ml | vegetable stock |
1 | onion, chopped |
125 g | beef mince |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
4 sprig(s) | parsley, chopped |
1 tsp | chives, chopped |
125 g | yoghurt |
Instructions
In a pan heat half of the oil. Fry the leek for 2 minutes. Pour in the stock and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for another minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Mix together the minced meat and the onion. Season with salt and pepper. Shape to a steak. In a griddle heat the remaining oil and fry the steak for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Mix together the yoghurt, parsley and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the minced meat steak with the vegetables and the yoghurt dip.
