Minced meat soup with vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | minced beef |
2 | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
75 g | tomato puree |
6 | bell peppers, 2 red, 2 yellow and 2 green, diced |
1 large can(s) | mushrooms, sliced and drained |
2 pack(s) | soft cheese |
200 g | crème fraîche |
100 ml | single cream |
3 tsp | pizza herbs, e.g. oregano, basil |
½ bottle(s) | BBQ sauce |
1 bottle(s) | salsa or, ketchup |
salt and black pepper | |
1 large can(s) | tomatoes, chopped |
paprika powder | |
Worcestershire sauce | |
1 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Stir-fry the mince in oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the garlic, onion and the tomato purée and sauté for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce.Pour in the tomatoes and 1 l of water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes. Pour in the sauces, crème fraîche, soft cheese and single cream and bring to a short boil again. Season to taste with pizza herbs, salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce. Serve hot.
