Ingredients

1 kg minced beef
2  onions, chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
75 g tomato puree
6  bell peppers, 2 red, 2 yellow and 2 green, diced
1 large can(s) mushrooms, sliced and drained
2 pack(s) soft cheese
200 g crème fraîche
100 ml single cream
3 tsp pizza herbs, e.g. oregano, basil
½ bottle(s) BBQ sauce
1 bottle(s) salsa or, ketchup
salt and black pepper
1 large can(s) tomatoes, chopped
paprika powder
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Stir-fry the mince in oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the garlic, onion and the tomato purée and sauté for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour in the tomatoes and 1 l of water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes. Pour in the sauces, crème fraîche, soft cheese and single cream and bring to a short boil again. Season to taste with pizza herbs, salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce. Serve hot.
