Ingredients
500 g | cauliflower, in florets |
1 | yellow bell pepper, diced |
150 g | mushrooms, sliced |
200 g | green beans, trimmed and halved |
300 g | beef mince |
soy sauce | |
100 g | mung bean sprouts |
sweet and sour chili sauce | |
250 g | rice |
1 tbsp | oil |
cayenne pepper | |
salt |
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water until done. Cook the cauliflower florets and the beans in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
In a pan heat the oil. Stir-fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the mushrooms and the bell pepper and stir-fry for approximately 3 minutes, then add the cauliflower, beans and mung bean sprouts and stir-fry until all is very hot. Season to taste with chili sauce, soy sauce and cayenne pepper.
Serve with the rice.
