Asia salad with turkey breast stripes recipe details
Ingredients
8 slice(s) | honeydew melon, cleaned and diced |
1 | cucumber, peeled and sliced |
1 | avocado, peeled and diced |
1 head(s) | lettuce, leaves separated |
2 sprig(s) | cilantro, chopped |
1 handful | cashew nuts, chopped and toasted |
250 g | turkey breast fillet |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |

For the Dressing: | |
2 tbsp | oil |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | chilli sauce |
1 tbsp | vinegar |
1 tsp | ginger, grated |
1 tsp | honey |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the turkey breast fillet until golden brown all around and cooked. Cut the turkey breast into stripes. Season with soy sauce and chilli.In a bowl mix the oil with vinegar, ginger, honey, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Add melon, cucumber, lettuce and avocado and toss gently.
Divide the salad among 4 plates and serve garnished with cilantro, turkey stripes and nuts.
