Minced meat and bell pepper pan recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
250 g | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | oil |
250 g | rice |
¾ l | beef stock |
4 | bell peppers, 2 red and 2 green, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
curry powder | |
paprika powder |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the minced meat and the onion over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the meat is brown and crumbled.Add the rice and pour in the stock. Cover and bring to the boil. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, then stir in the bell peppers and cook for another 15 minutes.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry and paprika.
Serve with fresh salad.
