Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
250 ml | milk |
2 medium | eggs |
125 ml | olive oil |
250 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
¾ tsp | salt |
Cheddar cheese, grated |
Instructions
Combine the milk, eggs and oil and beat until mixed well. Mix together all the dry ingredients. Combine both mixtures.
Grease a muffin pan and pour a bit of dough in the bottom and put a tablespoon of minced meat on top. Sprinkle with grated cheeseand cover with some more dough.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Bake minced beef muffins until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
