Minced lamb in coconut milk recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced lamb |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
4 | tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | curry paste |
250 ml | coconut milk |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
Sauté the mince, onion and garlic in a frying pan for about 4 minutes.Add the tomatoes, paste and coconut milk. Cook on a simmer for around 35 minutes.
