Minced beef stroganoff recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | minced beef |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
200 g | mushrooms, sliced |
300 ml | beef broth |
200 ml | tomato paste |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
240 ml | sour cream |
4 tbsp | flour |
Instructions
Brown beef and sautee onion and garlic.Combine all ingredients, except the sour cream and flour, in a crockpot and stir. Cook on a low setting for 5-6 hours.
Then turn to a high setting and add sour cream mixed with the flour. Cook for a further 15 minutes.
