Minced beef and zucchini casserole recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
500 g | zucchini, chopped |
120 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
200 ml | dry white wine |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
olive oil |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Sauté beef and onion in oil over low heat. Cook zucchini until tender.
Put half of the meat mixture in a casserole dish and spoon zucchini on top and add another layer of the meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Pour wine over meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
