Beef stroganoff recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 5- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup margerine or butter
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 can mushrooms, drained (or about 2.5 cups fresh)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Melt Butter and saute onions, add hamburg. Fry until brown. Mix mushrooms, flour, salt and pepper, garlic. Add to pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently med. heat. Add soup. and cook until bubbling (10 minutes) be sure to stir mix. Put on low heat and add sour cream. Only heat thru on low and remove from heat. Serve over cooked noodles.
