Ingredients

250 g all-purpose flour
125 g butter
100 g cream cheese
200 g canned pineapples, well drained, finely chopped
150 g sugar

Instructions

Combine the flour, butter and cream cheese and knead until smooth and pliable. Roll out and cut out discs with a 10cm biscuit cutter. Place slightly less than a teaspoon of pineapples onto each disc. Fold over and firmly press the edges together.

Bake on a cookie sheet at 180°C until light beige, for about 12 minutes.

After baking, roll in confectioner’s sugar.
