Ingredients

Serves: 8
  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped black olives
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 8 (10-inch) tortillas

Preparation method

Prep: 15 mins | Extra time: 1 hour

1. Combine the cream cheese, salsa, mayonnaise, olives, green onions, and jalapeno in a bowl. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until you need them. When ready to serve, slice them into 1 inch rounds and serve.
