Serves: 4- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Pour oil into a large skillet and set over medium heat. Cook chicken in hot oil for about 5 minutes until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
