Melon prawn and salmon salad recipe details
Ingredients
1 | honeydew melon |
200 g | prawns, peeled, cooked |
130 g | smoled salmon, cut into stripes |
olive oil | |
white wine vinegar | |
lettuce | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
fresh dill, chopped | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Remove pips from the melon and cut into cubes. Place melon in a bowl with the prawns and salmon and set asside.Place the some olive oil, vinegar, garlic, dill and seasoning in a screw top jar and shake well.
Pour over the melon and prawn mixture and toss together.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with fresh dill.
