Chili spiced grilled bbq ribs recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 5 pounds full racks pork spareribs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Chili powder, to taste
- 2 cups your favorite barbecue sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 2 hours1. Preheat grill to medium-low heat and oil grate.
2. Season ribs on both sides with lots of salt, pepper, and chili powder. Rub the spices into the racks.
3. Grill ribs for about 2 hours over indirect heat, flipping every 30 minutes or so, with the lid closed on the grill. Brush with barbecue sauce, then grill for 5 minutes; flip and repeat.
4. Cut rib racks into serving size portions and serve with remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.
