Grapenut Pudding recipe

- 1 quart milk
- 1 cup Grape Nutscereal
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Salt, vanilla, or lemon to flavor
Scald milk. Add cereal to hot milk and cool. Add sugar, eggs, and desired flavoring(s). Pour into a buttered custard dish. Place custard dish into a pan with water. Bake in a 350-degree oven until golden brown crust has formed.
