Ingredients

200 g potatoes
125 g thin green beans
1 tsp oil
3 tbsp water
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
40 g sundried tomatoes in oil, diced
2 tbsp basil, chopped
30 g Feta cheese

Instructions

Cook the potatoes in salted water until done, then drain, peel and slice the potatoes.

Cook the beans in well salted water for 8 minutes, then drain, chill shortly in ice-cold water, drain again and set aside.

Fry the potatoes in olive oil until golden. Add the tomatoes, basil and the beans and cook for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with slightly crumbled Feta cheese.
