Mediterranean potato pan recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | potatoes |
125 g | thin green beans |
1 tsp | oil |
3 tbsp | water |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
40 g | sundried tomatoes in oil, diced |
2 tbsp | basil, chopped |
30 g | Feta cheese |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in salted water until done, then drain, peel and slice the potatoes.Cook the beans in well salted water for 8 minutes, then drain, chill shortly in ice-cold water, drain again and set aside.
Fry the potatoes in olive oil until golden. Add the tomatoes, basil and the beans and cook for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with slightly crumbled Feta cheese.
