Meatballs with Green and White Asparagus recipe

|2||potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed|
|400 g||minced meat|
|salt and pepper|
|800 g||potatoes, peeled and halved|
|500 g||green asparagus, woody ends removed|
|500 g||white asparagus, peeled|
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the onions until lucent.
In a bowl mix together the onions, minces meat, mashed potatoes, eggs and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 8 meat balls. In a pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the meat balls until brown and crispy all around.
Cook the potatoes in salted water until done. Cook the white asparagus in salted water for 12 minutes and the green asparagus for 8 minutes. Drain the potatoes and the asparagus.
In a small pan melt the remaining butter and season with salt.
Serve the meat balls with the asparagus and the potatoes and pour the melted butter over the asparagus.
