|500 g||minced pork|
|500 g||minced turkey|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|60 g||bread crumbs|
|2 stalk(s)||celery, chopped|
|230 g||chestnuts, chopped|
|60 g||fresh parsley, chopped|
|2 tsp||poultry seasoning|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
InstructionsCombine all ingredients and mix well. Loosely stuff turkey cavities.
Depending on the size of the bird, you may have to adjust the meat amounts.
