Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
500 g | minced pork |
500 g | minced turkey |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
60 g | bread crumbs |
2 stalk(s) | celery, chopped |
230 g | chestnuts, chopped |
60 g | fresh parsley, chopped |
2 tsp | poultry seasoning |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Loosely stuff turkey cavities.Depending on the size of the bird, you may have to adjust the meat amounts.
