Meat noodle kebabs details
Ingredients
- Beef – 250 grams (boiled and shredded)
- Potatoes – 1 (boiled)
- Noodles – 1 cup ( boiled)
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Mustard Paste – 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
- Ginger/garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 2
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Barley – 1 cup
- Oil – for frying
Instructions
- Put meat, potatoes, noodles, butter, mustard paste, ginger/garlic, green chillies, coriander and black pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly
- Take out barley in a plate
- Make round or flat kebabs from the meat mix and coat them with barely
- Heat oil in a wok (karahi) and fry kebabs until golden brown
- Serve kebabs with chutni
