3 tbsp | vegetable stock |
3 tbsp | sesame paste (Tahini) |
1 tbsp | light soy sauce |
1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
2 | spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
1 small | piece of ginger, grated |
1 tsp | Sichuan peppersorns, ground |
1 tsp | sugar, brown |
Instructions
In a bowl stir the stock into the sesame paste until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.Serve with poached fish or chicken or braised pork.
