Meat marinade for beef pork or chicken recipe details
This works well with beef or pork ribs. I marinate my meat overnight for beef and pork. Chicken usually just one day.
Ready in: 1 day 1 hour
Ingredients
Serves: 4- About 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 1/2 (12 ounce) can water (use beer can)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 30 mins | Extra time: 1 day, chilling1. Put all meat in large zipper plastic bag.
2. Mix all marinade ingredients together and put in zipper bag.
3. Refrigerate overnight or at least one day.
4. Grill on electric or gas BBQ. I love to use briquets but it takes so much time we use a gas grill instead. Cook meat until desired brownness and then eat the whole thing.Alternate method
