Delicious and very simple to serve. These lasagna rolls are the base of a spectacular dinner. The soup and sauce mix makes a spectacular flavor you’re sure to enjoy.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 Italian sausage link
- 1 pound spinach
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (25.5 ounce) can Hunts(R) Herb and Garlic Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- splash red wine, to taste (optional)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and boil lasagna noodles for 9-10 minutes until al-dente; drain.
3. Cut off sausage casing, break into pieces, cook in skillet with some water, drain excess liquid, and chop fine.
4. Wash spinach, rinse, chop, nuke in the microwave for 30 seconds to wilt, and squeeze out excess water.
5. Mix soup, tomato sauce, sugar, and Italian seasoning over low heat to warm. Add wine, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Mix together spinach, Parmesan, ricotta, nutmeg, sausage, and chopped mushrooms. Lay out a noodle, and using a fork, spread cheese mixture out across entire length of noodle (approximately 3 tablespoons each); roll up noodle. Continue with remaining noodles.
7. In a small casserole dish with a lid. spread a few spoonfuls of sauce on bottom. Arrange noodle rolls on their ends, spoon sauce over and around noodles. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top.
8. Cover and bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, uncover, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
